Genetic Analysis of in vitro Microspore Embryogenesis in Brassica napus L

Abstract: The ability of embryogenesis from isolated microspores of Brassica napus was studied using a set of 6×6 half diallel crosses and a derived F2 population. Variance analysis showed that the variation of microspore embryo yield (MEY) between parents and F1 hybrids mainly caused by different genotypes
