Genetic Diversity Analysis of Brassica Genus for the Loci Homologous to the Disease Resistant Genes

Abstract: The genetic diversity of loci homologous to disease resistant genes was analyzed in Brassica genus using eight pairs of primers designed from known disease resistant genes of Arabidopsis thaliana. DNA fragments homologous to 6 of 8 genes had been detected in 60 cultivars or lines of Brassica crops,
