摘要:
中国是谷子的起源地, 历史上的四大传统名米分别为沁州黄、桃花米、龙山小米和金谷米, 由于其具有良好的商品与食用品质特征, 曾被选为皇家贡米。为探究谷子四大名米的遗传多样性以及与同名品种间的亲缘关系, 本研究利用46对SSR标记和22对SRAP标记分别对四大名米及其同名品种共l79份材料的遗传差异进行分析。SSR结果表明, 材料间遗传距离为0.0435~0.6304, 平均0.3267, PIC为0.2406, 等位基因频率为0.7845, 遗传多样性为0.2968; 基于UPGMA将179份资源聚为10个群组, 聚类与其来源有一定相关性; 基于Structure和主成分分析均可将材料分为3个类群。SRAP结果表明材料间遗传距离为0.1818~0.9545, 平均为0.6001, PIC为0.5257, 等位基因频率为0.5718, 遗传多样性为0.5688; 基于UPGMA将179份材料分为14个类群; 基于Structure和主成分分析均可将材料分为3个类群, 类群间界限清楚, 类群划分与其来源一致。
