Genetic Analysis of Segregation Distortion of Molecular Markers in Maize F2 Population

Abstract: 230 F2 individuals derived from a single cross between inbred maize (Zea mays L.) lines R15 (resistant) and Ye 478 (susceptible) were used to construct a genetic linkage map. A total of 239 newly screened markers including 88 AFLP markers and 151 SSR markers were mapped on the 10 chromosome
