Abstract: Two winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) varieties differing in grain protein content, Wanmai38 and Yangmai9, were cultured under drought (soil relative water content, SRWC= 45%－50%) and waterlogging after anthesis in pot experiment to investigate the effects of two growth regulation substances i.e.
