Abstract: A F2 ratoon population of an elite hybrid cross between Zhenshan 97 and Minghu i 63 was used to collect field data for yield and yield component traits 151 pol ymorphic loci were found in the population by using 537 RFLP markers and 54 pair s of SSR primers, as a result, a linkage map was constructe
